-Kanye experienced his mother dying at the peak of his career. Also Kanye was a young age. His mother was his main source of inspiration. This can help many people that are going through hard times in crucial parts of life that they can preserve from it.

Did you enjoy the book?:

-I really enjoyed the book for 2 main reasons. First, I am a really big fan of Kanye West as a rapper and fashion icon. Second, I learned a lot about him that I didn’t know before. That’s why I enjoyed the book.

-Donda West: Born July 12, 1949. Formally married to Ray West (divorced when kanye was 3). Former college professor and chairman of kanye’s foundations. Died November 10, 2007 of cosmetic surgery in Brazil. She was 58 (1949-2007).

-Jay-Z: Kanye’s best friend and co-founder of G.O.O.D. Music. Husband of Beyonce Knowles-Carter. Did an album with Kanye “Watch The Trone” in 2012. Father of Kanye’s goddaughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Summary of first part of the book:

Kanye Omari West was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Kanye was raised all his life by his mother Donda West. Kanye was raised in a middle class life with his mother as an English college professor. He attended Polaris High School and Chicago State University. After a year he dropped out and started his PHENOMINAL music carrer that he has today.
